Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging video content related to food, technology updates, and property.

This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and storytelling through videos. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality video content for food recipes, tech updates, and property-related features.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
  • Track analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies for reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and on-ground teams for cross-functional campaigns.
  • Monitor online trends and competitors to keep our content fresh and engaging.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build community.
  • On-camera presence is must.
  • Proficiency in English speaking.

Content Focus Areas:

  • Food: Short recipe videos, food photography, café/street food reels.
  • Technology: Product explainer videos, trending updates, quick tech tips.
  • Real Estate: Property walkthroughs, realty tips, interior/exterior visuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 Months of experience managing social media accounts.
  • Proven ability to create and edit videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Strong communication and creative writing skills.
  • Knowledge of platform algorithms, hashtag strategies, and content optimization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with paid ads and boosting posts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
