Location: Hybrid- Hyderbad, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5+ Years (including 2+ Years in SecOps Module)

About the Role

TechnoMore Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Security Operations (SecOps), and a solid background in ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing SecOps solutions to support client security operations and automation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and develop solutions within ServiceNow SecOps modules (Vulnerability Response, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Security Incident Management).
  • Integrate SecOps with external security tools and data sources (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Splunk, Rapid7, or similar).
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, script includes, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Implement automation for vulnerability and incident management processes.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and ServiceNow platform teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of new features and updates.
  • Stay current on ServiceNow platform releases and SecOps best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow SecOps module

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations for security tools

Understanding of Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Management workflows

Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and its relationship to SecOps

Preferred Skills

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or IRM modules

Exposure to security operations frameworks and automation tools

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-SecOps, or CAD
