Role & responsibilities

  1. MEP Space planning of the project along with consultant and architect.

  2. Reviewing the concept drawings and documents related to authority approval.

  3. Review of DBR and schematic drawings and share the value addition input.

  4. Reviewing with operator and in-house operation team for schematic closer.

  5. Reviewing detail design drawings in coordination of Architect, BOH and ID consultant.

  6. Ensure all tender drawings are derived from Revit model and the drawings are GFC level.

  7. Reviewing the tender packages (BOQ, technical specifications). Value addition on BOQ and technical specification with approval from consultant.

  8. Sharing the tender package with Planning team for initiating the order process.

  9. Ensure that the queries raised by the vendors during pre-bid are answered through the consultant timely.

  10. All high side equipment technical data sheet to be thoroughly reviewed prior to the procurement process.

  11. Monitoring the site MEP manager related to submission/approval of shop drawings and TDS.

  12. Review on project schedule to ensure that the required information related to local procurement items are shared on time.

  13. Periodically visit sites along with consultant and share the visit report.

  14. Witness on commissioning of system along with consultant.
