- All these are conceptualized and developed by our team in Bangalore.
- We are looking to augment the team with an Engineering Manager / Director who will oversee the development of our existing products/new products.
- The Engineering Manager / Director will report to the Product Business Unit Head and shall have responsibility for the development and delivery of multiple product lines.
- You will be handling 4 teams, each led by project leads and will own overall Product Engineering.
- Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire :Guide and mentor a high-performing embedded engineering team to deliver top-tier consulting services, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Drive innovation :Develop cutting-edge technical solutions, translate customer requirements into compelling proposals, and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage with precision :Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and project execution to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate effectively :Partner with Finance, HR, and Product Development teams to streamline operations, recruit top talent, and contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives.
- Own the P&L :Take full ownership of the Engineering Services group's financial performance, driving both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line :

BS/MS in Computer Science with 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, building software, and managing teams, with a successful track record of shipping Enterprise Advanced understanding of modern SDLC with the quality, security, and compliance requirements mandatory in Large Enterprise.
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to successfully plan, coordinate, and deliver across concurrent priorities and projects at different stages on complex distributed applications, working with cross-functional teams for planning and implementation.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to translate business goals into functional requirements with complex technical topics and communicate to engineers, company leadership, and customers.
- Experience with Node/React/Python and various data stores, including SQL and NoSQL.
- Experience with enterprise software integrations (including Email systems, ERPs, cloud and on-premises business applications, SSO/IdPs, etc.)

Excellent understanding of building and running production applications with embedded ML/AI/LLM.
- Experience building, testing, and managing AI agentic workflows is highly desired.
- Proven ability to retain and attract high-caliber technical talent
