Primary Responsibilities:

Serves as the Subject Matter Expert in assembly process and acts as the resource and content expert with regards of the material and process in Backend Assembly. Maintain in-depth assembly process and packaging knowledge, included materials and equipment knowledge as packaging integration. Key Ownership –

• Owns Site Engineering KPI (Downtime/Yield/Quality Performance)
• Responsible To work with PDE to ensure recipe/process robustness during phase gate and eventual HVM. Accountable to provide first level analysis for any change required in process and recipe
• Drive systemic equipment and process improvements based on analysis
• Developing solutions and improving equipment output efficiency

NPI - Early engagement team with PDE, from PG 2 to fan in new products Maintain/ Sustaining

• Work with integration on Quality and Yield Improvement
• Drive systemic equipment and process improvements based on analysis
• Equipment/ Process setup based on the define recipe/ requirements from PDE for main tools and supporting metro tools
• Support equipment downtime and PM activities as defined

Metro Recipe – Each log point owner is responsible to own and maintain respective metro recipe ADC/FDC /IOT – Maintain/ monitor all establish systems and implement new systems based on shift left approach Standardization – Implement Best Know Method/ Practices from Micron Network/ Industry Audit – Acts as business process under framework of quality management system Serves as a resource on FMEA's, Change Management, Designed Experiments, Six Sigma, and other process control tools. Develop and maintain systems including performance measurements, failure costs, control systems, quality standards, product and process capability for all raw materials and finished products by utilizing such tools as statistical methods, pareto charts, flow charting and failure mode effects analysis. Provides direction (Snr Engineer), coaching, and training for all process team members and ensures they work safely.  Utilizes process control methodology (Six Sigma, SPC, Designed Experiments, etc.) to solve problems and improve process control and capability. Perform containment of process and equipment deviations, and lead root cause finding and implement corrective actions Validate and document baseline the POR, TOR and BOM for the transferred products and packages

Qualification & Experience:

Experience:

Handson with operation role is preferred though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Material/ Electrical and Computer Engineering with focus on Semiconductor (relevant academic background can be considered)
• Rich understanding and experience in semiconductor devices and processes
• Strong understanding of statistics

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Familiar with SPC, FMEA, DOE, TPM, OCAP, JMP, RCA, Control Plan, Working Instruction, Predictive Maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have strong material science knowledge or knowledge of semiconductor device physics or experience with device processing and integration, test structure definition, design rule generation, DOE, failure analysis, and device characterization is preferred.
