Senior Manager Marketing / Social Media Manager - Education Sector - Digital Marketing - 4 Years Mumbai

A dynamic leadership opportunity for experienced marketing professionals As a Social Media Manager and Senior Manager Marketing, you will take full ownership of strategic and operational marketing initiatives that directly drive admissions and revenue growth across multiple education brands. Responsibilities
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and event-based channels to drive admissions.
  • Develop targeted initiatives for competitive exams (NEET/JEE), K12 admissions, and higher education programs.
  • Lead student and parent engagement programs including workshops, open houses, and school tie-ups.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize CPL/ROAS.
  • Oversee digital and creative marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency and measurable results.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree (BBA/BMS or equivalent).
  • 714 years of overall experience, including 4 years in a senior marketing role.
  • Proven record of driving admissions and revenue growth through impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in both offline and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in education/edtech or competitive exam marketing is an advantage.
