Swain Aluminium is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative to provide comprehensive support across various office functions. This role involves managing schedules, handling communication, organizing office tasks, and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and office efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Efficiently manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Office Organization: Oversee office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Meeting & Travel Coordination: Organize meetings, conferences, and business travel arrangements.
  • Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
  • Customer & Client Support: Greet clients, address inquiries, and provide a professional office environment.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain and update company records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Project Assistance: Assist in project coordination and ensure the timely completion of tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: MBA (Master of Business Administration).
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
