Your activities

  • Installation & Commissioning:
  • Perform installation of temperature measuring instruments in reactors, heaters and distillation columns as per engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Inspection & Testing:
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of installed process instruments.
  • Document test results and inspection findings as per QA/QC procedures.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Diagnose and rectify faults in thermocouple circuits, connections, and insulation.Work in coordination with plant maintenance and operations teams for planned and emergency shutdown maintenance.
  • Compliance & Safety:Prepare work permits and follow confined space and working-at-height regulations.Participate in safety audits and risk assessments before executing tasks.
  • Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed service reports, calibration certificates and inspection logs.Communicate with clients, project engineers and PMC to ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency with ERP system and MS office suite
  • Prefer NDT Level certification and Operational Employees Safety Certification

Your profile

  • B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 3-4 years of experience in service department for installation, maintenance, and inspection of process measurement instruments preferably in petrochemical industries.
