About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales professional with a strong passion for nutrition and a proven ability to drive sales. The role involves engaging with healthcare professionals such as paediatricians, nutritionists, dieticians, and diabetologists to build trust and awareness of Ruokamill products. This position requires someone with a hardcore sales mindset, strong communication skills, and a background in nutrition to bridge the gap between science and sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Visit and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) including paediatricians, nutritionists, dieticians, and diabetologists.
• Actively promote Ruokamill products through scientific detailing and impactful sales presentations.
• Drive product prescriptions and recommendations from HCPs.
• Conduct regular visits to chemists, pharmacies, and diet clinics to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Organize small group meetings, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and workshops with doctors and nutritionists.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and feedback from healthcare professionals.
• Ensure ethical, transparent, and science-backed promotion of products.

Requirements
• Education: Degree in Nutrition / Food & Nutrition / Dietetics (mandatory).
• Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience in pharma selling / nutrition product selling.
• Exposure to working with chemists, pharmacies, and diet clinics.
Skills
:
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
• High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Ability to translate nutrition science into persuasive sales conversations.
• Mindset: Hardcore sales bent of mind with resilience to handle challenges in the field.
