Role Purpose:

The incumbent will provide strategic and administrative support to the Chief Executive while also driving process improvements, data-driven decision-making, and organizational efficiency

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Analyze and streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of HODs and prepare management dashboards.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making through analysis and reporting.
  • Document SOPs, workflows, and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices.
  • Prepare, draft, and review presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chief Executive.
  • Track decisions and ensure timely follow-up on key action points.
  • Organize meetings of HODs and maintain documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
