Role & responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM modules as per client needs.
  • Support end-to-end implementation, integration, testing and post-production activities.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise across Workday areas.
  • Participate in client workshops, design sessions, and UAT.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Workday environments.
