Position: AEM Lead (AEM Sites + Assets)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) projects, focusing on AEM Sites and AEM Assets implementation and optimization.

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable AEM solutions aligned with business requirements.

  • Configure and manage Digital Asset Management (DAM) — metadata models, asset ingestion, permissions, and workflows.

  • Integrate AEM with Adobe Analytics, Target, and Creative Cloud for seamless digital experience delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, business analysts) to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide mentorship to junior AEM developers.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize AEM performance, scalability, and caching strategies.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in AEM 6.5+ or AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

  • Expertise in AEM Assets (DAM) – metadata, tagging, renditions, and workflow automation.

  • Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling Models, JCR, HTL/Sightly, and AEM Core Components.

  • Experience with Dispatcher configuration, Jenkins, Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Exposure to AEM Workflows, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and AEM APIs (REST/GraphQL).

  • Knowledge of Adobe I/O, AEP integration, and Cloud Manager is a plus.

Good to Have:

  • Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites or AEM Assets) certification.

  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or ).

  • Experience in team leadership and client communication roles.
