Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

  • 2-8 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident in client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital lead management platforms.
  • Female candidates preferred for role-specific diversity or customer engagement reasons.
