Job Summary:

The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into clients. This role involves lead qualification, initial customer interaction, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales closure process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to incoming leads via calls, emails, and online inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and schedule meetings/site visits.
  • Understand client needs, provide project/ service information, and answer queries.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, location, and buying intent before passing them to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead details and follow-up status.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Follow up consistently to keep potential customers engaged until handover to sales.
  • Share regular reports on lead status, conversion, and follow-ups with management.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all communications.
