Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Executive based in Bengaluru. The Sales Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operations to streamline the sales lifecycle, including coordinating with sales teams, analyzing data to enhance performance, and managing customer service activities. Responsibilities also include creating reports, contributing to strategic sales planning, and working closely with leadership to ensure operational efficiency and goal alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience : 1 - 4 Years.
- Strong skills in Sales Operations and Sales to enhance and support sales processes
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to handle client inquiries effectively
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in IT or telecom sectors is preferred but not mandatory
