Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diary & Schedule Management: Booking appointments, managing calendars, arranging meetings, and providing timely reminders.
  • Communication Hub: Screening calls, managing correspondence (emails, letters, messages), and acting as the primary contact for the officer.
  • Information Management: Taking dictation, transcribing notes, preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining organized filing systems (including sensitive data).
  • Logistics & Support: Arranging travel, hotel bookings, and managing office supplies/assets.
  • Confidentiality: Handling confidential papers with utmost discretion.
  • Liaison: Building relationships with internal staff, external parties, and controlling access to the officer.

Skills

Technical: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), research methodologies, data analysis.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, proactive, adaptable, and humble
