This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Consultant based in Delhi, India. The individual will engage in day-to-day tasks such as analysing real estate data, developing reports, providing strategic advice to clients, managing projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Other responsibilities include client interaction, preparing presentations, and using proprietary tools for data interpretation and decision-making support.Conceptualising and writing Research & Consultancy proposals and presentations to clients.Responsible for undertaking customised projects and servicing clients on a day-to-day basisManaging and mobilising field teams.Analysis of data and generating insights.Content Analysis/Report WritingMonitoring the timely completion and quality check.Briefing & Training of field staffFollowing up with clients for timely payment collection.QualificationsExperience in creating reports and presentationsExcellent PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must.1-3 years of research-based consulting experience is a mustAnalytical skills, experience with real estate data analysis, and proficiency in data processing techniquesProject management, client interaction, and collaboration skillsAbility to use proprietary tools for data interpretation and decision supportMaster's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related fieldAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentGood Interpersonal Skills To Coordinate With Various FunctionsAbility to handle multiple projects at a time and have the skill of multitaskingGood written and verbal communication skills
