Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and experienced Assistant General Manager – Sales to spearhead our sales and business development operations related to Cooling Towers and Chilling Plants, including Spares, Repairs, and Renovation Projects. The role demands a strong background in project-based industrial sales within sectors such as Petrochemical, Sugar, Distilleries, Power, Fertilizer, and Chemical Plants.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the sales of new Cooling Towers and Process Chilling Plants, not for air – conditions along with spares, repair, and renovation projects. Cooling Tower is to be focused more (As Primary) and chilling plants (as secondary) from his home (initially to start with for 1st years of working)
· Including: achieving sales targets, payment collection, and business development.
· Collaborate with EPC, Consultants, OEMS, Clients for: enquiry generation, price and commercial negotiations, submission of technical documentation (Drawings, QAP, Bills, etc.), and final payment collection.
· Oversee site activities including erection, repairs, and overhauling of equipment across Southern India. To Arrange required manpower and resources including relevant contracts.
· Manage after-sales services and client support to maintain satisfaction and long-term relationships.
· Understand customer requirements and effectively present suitable products and services.
· Focus on selling spare parts, and executing revamping, repair, and overhauling projects, along with new equipment installations.
Candidate Profile
· Experience: 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in project-based industrial sales, (Projects selling and not products selling) preferably in Cooling Towers Cos.
· Qualification: B.E./ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
· Preferred Candidate Location: Residing at Chennai now will be prioritized.
Should have good typing skill
Experience in overseas manpower recruitment are preferred
