**Job Summary**: The AGM of Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in real estate sales and a proven track record of leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and maximize revenue.
- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and development in the real estate sector.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Address any client concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Training**: Conduct training sessions for the sales team on best practices, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on real estate.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards success.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
