Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations. The role also entails performing audits, reconciling bank statements, preparing budgets, and monitoring expenditures. Additional responsibilities may include financial forecasting and assisting in strategy development for business financial planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial management tools
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills applicable to financial data and budgeting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in financial management within the event management sector is a plus
  • Team collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively
