Assure the manufacturing process and performance within the tire manufacturing environment meet safety, quality, customer service, innovation, and cost standardsOperate within company policies and in full compliance with applicable country lawsReview and evaluate Business Center budget requirements for capital expenditures, labor, and production/operations, ensuring budget objectives are metBuild a culture of “Zero Loss” by driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, productivity, waste reduction, quality, safety, and environmental performanceLead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within the Business Center to enhance operational excellenceDrive initiatives that promote the continuous development and upskilling of associatesDevelop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure effective succession planning within the Business CenterYou drive safety behavior across the plant. You ensure production delivery while keeping business priorities in focus. You are responsible for outgoing quality and OE yield performance. You are accountable for OEE improvements in the business center. You are familiar with working in a unionized culture. You bring strong knowledge of plant optimization. You operate with a cost-driven mindset. You drive all indicators of the business team and ensure each one is met. You follow legal compliance within your work area.
