Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant / Property Advisor located in Gurugram. The Property Consultant / Property Advisor will be responsible for offering expert advice on residential, commercial, and investment properties. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, marketing properties, handling customer service queries, facilitating site visits, documentation, and providing loan assistance. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring a seamless property transaction experience.

  • Consulting and Real Estate skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
