Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to design, develop, and implement robust automation solutions that enhance product quality and testing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Selenium with Python, Pytest, and Appium, along with a strong understanding of CI/CD integration and QA best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python.

- Implement and optimize test frameworks and reusable components using Pytest.

- Develop and execute automated test cases for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android) using Appium.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing through automation.

- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to identify and resolve defects early in the SDLC.

- Integrate automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Continuously improve automation strategies, tools, and processes to enhance test coverage and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Python, Selenium, and Pytest.

- Experience with Appium for mobile test automation.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
