Role Description:

Hands-on Python programming Use basic Linux shell commands (sh/ksh/bash) for log review, file/directory management, and basic troubleshooting. Establish connections using SSH/FTP/VNC/etc., for testing purposes or log retrieval. Experience in scripting skills in Python and Bash for creating simple test scripts or automating repetitive tasks. Test management tools (e.g. JIRA). The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers. Work well with other team members Strong English conversational and writing skills.

This is a full-time remote role for an Automation Test Lead. The Automation Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of automated test cases, troubleshooting automation tools and processes, and ensuring quality assurance standards are met. They will lead a team of testers and collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to ensure seamless integration and effective testing of applications.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with testing tools and frameworks is a plus
