About the Role:*

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced *Clinical Operations Manager* to join our growing Health Tech team in Noida. The ideal candidate will bring a strong clinical foundation, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of hospital operations. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical functions, ensuring operational excellence, and driving initiatives that enhance patient care delivery.


* Key Responsibilities:*

* Oversee and manage clinical operations across multiple hospital departments

* Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals

* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards

* Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency

* Monitor KPIs to ensure service excellence and patient satisfaction


*Requirements:*

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field

* Proven experience in hospital or clinical operations management

* Strong understanding of hospital workflows and interdepartmental coordination

* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

* Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
