Role Overview
We are hiring a Team Lead – Roadside Assistance to guide and support our EV scooter service technicians across Delhi NCR. The role focuses on team coordination, quick roadside support, and smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage roadside assistance technicians across Delhi NCR.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure quick response to breakdown calls.
- Support technicians in troubleshooting when required.
- Collect and share daily/weekly reports with management.
- Maintain service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with fleet, customer support, and procurement teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in vehicle service, roadside assistance, or field operations (EV/two-wheeler preferred).
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of EV scooters (battery, motor, troubleshooting).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
