Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Recovery Officer located in Shahjahanpur. The Sales and Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, analyzing financial data, engaging with customers to offer solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include tracking overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with finance teams.

Qualifications
