Video Editor Intern | Gratif (Internship, Hybrid)

Role Description

As our Video Editor Intern, you'll help bring our clients' stories to life. You'll transform raw footage into engaging, polished videos that speak to real people — whether that's for social media, brand campaigns, or internal use. You'll collaborate with a passionate, creative team that values both ideas and execution.

Here's what your work will look like:

  • Editing short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, Linkedin and YouTube
  • Adding music, text, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling
  • Helping shape the visual style and tone of our clients' brands
  • Contributing ideas for content, formats, and creative direction
  • Organizing footage and keeping project files tidy and up to date
  • Learning new tools and techniques — and sharing your own tips too

Who you are:

  • You have strong video editing and video production skills
  • You're comfortable with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools
  • You have experience with video color grading and basic motion graphics
  • You bring a good sense of design and understand how graphics support storytelling
  • You're creative, detail-oriented, and love making things look and feel just right
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects
  • You communicate clearly, take feedback well, and stay organized
  • You have an interest in photography and videography, and enjoy telling visual stories
