Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end functional tests and performance reviews of enterprise applications leveraging Azure services and Power Platform.
• Design, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing frameworks tailored to cloud-based environments.
• Implement and monitor data quality controls, conducting regular audits and risk assessments to ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance of critical business data.
• Identify emerging data risks, propose mitigation strategies, and proactively address weaknesses in data flows and business processes.
• Establish, optimize, and enforce quality management standards and best practices across all project phases.
• Stay current with evolving Azure services, Power Platform enhancements, and quality assurance tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Recommend and implement automation solutions for testing, risk identification, and reporting processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience specializing in system functional test and review, performance testing and review, and data quality risk assurance. Quality management experience with Azure services and Power Platform is mandatory.
• Seeking a results-oriented professional with a strong business acumen and technical depth in quality management, testing, and data assurance. Responsible for designing, implementing, and leading robust quality processes across Azure-powered and Power Platform-based solutions.
• 6+ years of experience in system and performance testing, data quality risk assurance, and quality management within enterprise technology environments.
• Direct quality management and testing experience with Azure services and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

The Team
The MDT group is focused on delivering differentiated service offerings through the use of new technologies such as Data Wrangling, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Machine Learning. This group enables the Multi-state Tax Services (MTS) practice to drive profitability and growth, through application of emerging and existing technologies and enhanced utilization of Tax tools and software. We support MTS teams by assessing and addressing their data and technology challenges on client engagements, internal processes and data intensive projects to help achieve efficiencies, win clients and create differentiated services. With the exponential growth of accessible data, there is an increasing need to bring data and technology capabilities to help address client needs and support Deloitte MTS engagements and solutions.
