  • Quality Assurance Manager / Senior Professional
    – Lead the QA function, audits, certifications, compliance, and customer quality management.
  • Quality Assurance Engineer
    – Conduct inspections, ensure compliance with standards (BIS/PESO/ISO), and drive continuous improvements.
  • Junior Quality Engineer / Diploma Engineer
    – Support inspection activities, maintain documentation, and assist in QA/QC processes on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to
    ISO / BIS / PESO / statutory standards
    .
  • Conduct
    inward, in-process, and final inspections
    of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Manage
    quality audits, certifications, and customer inspections
    .
  • Drive
    root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
    .
  • Collaborate with
    production, design, and procurement teams
    to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain
    quality records, calibration logs, and inspection reports
    .

Qualifications & Experience

  • Manager
    : B.Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production/ Industrial or relevant fields with
    6–8 yrs
    exp. (2–3 yrs in leadership role).
  • Engineer
    : B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Production or relevant fields with
    3–6 yrs
    exp. in QA/QC.
  • Junior Engineer
    : Diploma with
    1–3 yrs
    exp. in manufacturing QA/QC.
  • Certifications in
    ISO 9001, Six Sigma, NDT Level II, Internal Auditor
    preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of
    engineering drawings, welding quality standards, and inspection tools
    .
  • Hands-on with
    ERP systems, MS Office, and QA reporting
    .
