Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager / Senior Sales Professional to join our high-performing sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, client acquisition, and deal closures, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in residential and commercial real estate.

  • Drive sales closures by engaging clients and converting leads into deals.

  • Generate new leads and onboard clients effectively.

  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives to help them achieve targets.

  • Collaborate with leadership to plan sales strategies and achieve revenue goals.

  • Maintain long-term client relationships through consultative sales and after-sales support.

  • Meet and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales / portfolio management, preferably in Noida / Delhi NCR.

  • Proven track record of deal closures and high-value property sales.

  • Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead a team and mentor junior sales staff.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
