Business Analyst
to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and working closely with teams to implement effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
  • Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities
  • Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and process models to support decision-making
  • Create detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to inform business decisions and measure performance
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring that deliverables meet agreed-upon requirements and deadlines
  • Prepare user stories, workflows, and documentation for process changes or system implementations
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements
  • Support change management initiatives by assisting with training, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Provide ongoing support and improvement for existing systems and processes


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment
  • Strong experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and project documentation
  • Solid understanding of data analysis and experience using tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, or business intelligence tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN is advantageous
