Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to implement solutions.
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth. Create process models, workflows, and other diagrams to support business understanding. Support the testing process by developing test cases and validating results.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring deliverables align with business objectives. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with project management and requirement-gathering methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
