Key Responsibilities:


• Perform data mapping between multiple source and target systems, ensuring

accurate field-level alignment.


• Execute data validation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with

business rules.


• Develop and maintain ETL workflows in Alteryx to automate data preparation and

transformation processes.


• Design and build interactive Tableau dashboards to present insights to

stakeholders.


• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into

technical specifications.


• Perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.


• Document processes, data flows, and validation rules for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related

field.


• 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.


• Strong proficiency in data mapping and validation techniques.


• Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer for ETL workflows.


• Strong expertise in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.


• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical

audiences.

Preferred Skills:


• Experience working with large datasets from multiple data sources.


• Knowledge of data quality frameworks and governance principles.

  • • Familiarity with other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.
