Role Responsibilities
  • Lead the Salesforce CPQ implementation projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and configure Salesforce CPQ to align with client specifications.
  • Develop custom solutions and enhancements within the Salesforce CPQ environment.
  • Conduct thorough testing of CPQ solutions to verify correctness and performance.
  • Deliver user training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce CPQ applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and enhancements related to CPQ.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in CPQ best practices.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve CPQ functionalities.
  • Implement and refine processes for peak operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Adhere to change management protocols during implementations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience with integration of Salesforce CPQ with other systems.
  • Hands-on experience in coding and customization within Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Salesforce certifications in CPQ preferred.
  • Experience developing documentation and training materials.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
