Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify prospective clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings to understand insurance needs and recommend suitable products (life, health, motor, general, etc.).
- Present, promote, and sell insurance policies to individuals or businesses.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
- Address client queries, concerns, and claim-related support in a timely manner.
- Educate clients on policy terms, renewals, and available coverage options.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with underwriters, insurers, and internal teams to ensure timely issuance of policies.
- Monitor application processes, documentation, and policy delivery.
- Track renewals and follow up with clients for timely policy renewal.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and documentation.
