Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify prospective clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand insurance needs and recommend suitable products (life, health, motor, general, etc.).
  • Present, promote, and sell insurance policies to individuals or businesses.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and claim-related support in a timely manner.
  • Educate clients on policy terms, renewals, and available coverage options.

Coordination:

  • Coordinate with underwriters, insurers, and internal teams to ensure timely issuance of policies.
  • Monitor application processes, documentation, and policy delivery.
  • Track renewals and follow up with clients for timely policy renewal.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and documentation.
