Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Sales Manager to lead the sales operations for our upcoming residential project in Kharar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management. This role involves strategizing, overseeing the sales lifecycle, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for the residential project and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales executives; set clear goals and provide guidance and motivation.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market.
  • Maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct customers.
  • Organize and participate in site visits, property expos, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience from inquiry to booking to handover.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, competition, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure lead generation and follow-up.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecast revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and all relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in residential real estate sales, preferably in the Dera Bassi, Zirakpur, or Chandigarh region.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Local market knowledge and network within the real estate ecosystem are a plus.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary + attractive incentive structure based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹70,000.00 per month
