Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an R&D Assistant Manager based in Greater Noida, India. The R&D Assistant Manager will oversee research and development projects, manage a team of professionals, and collaborate on creating innovative cosmetic products. Responsibilities include supervising R&D activities, leading project development from conceptualization to execution, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D), with a focus on cosmetic and personal care formulations
  • Proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data to contribute to innovative product development
  • Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and mentor team members effectively
  • Skilled in Project Management to oversee multiple projects, manage timelines, and meet quality standards
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and certifications related to the cosmetics and personal care industry is advantageous
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
