Java Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Java Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Advanced Java, and related frameworks, with the ability to deliver high-quality, practical training sessions. The trainer will also be responsible for guiding students through academic projects, debugging, and real-time application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, and frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Design, develop, and update training materials, modules, and practical exercises.
• Guide students in developing and debugging their academic or final-year projects.
• Ensure students gain hands-on experience through coding labs and project-based learning.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve technical and problem-solving skills.
• Stay current with the latest Java technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course structure and teaching methodologies.
• Mentor students for placement readiness and technical interviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Strong command over Core and Advanced Java concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Familiarity with MySQL / PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and MVC architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with project deployment on cloud or web servers (Tomcat, AWS, etc.).
• Ability to create and supervise real-time or capstone projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
