**About the Role**

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable **IoT Trainer** to join our team and provide hands-on training in IoT technologies. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality sessions to students, professionals, and aspiring developers on IoT concepts, programming, networking, and platform management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on IoT concepts, including programming, networking, and cloud computing.
- Deliver hands-on projects and assignments to help learners implement real-world IoT solutions.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update IoT training materials, incorporating the latest industry trends and practices.
- Cover key areas such as IoT platform management, device integration, data processing, and security.
- **Hands-On Learning**:

- Guide students in working with IoT hardware and software platforms.
- Facilitate practical sessions on programming languages like **C++**, **Java**, and **Python**.
- Train students on IoT-specific tools and platforms, including cloud-based solutions.
- **Skill Enhancement**:

- Teach IoT communication protocols, networking basics, and data transmission techniques.
- Introduce students to cloud computing concepts and IoT platform management.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with academic and placement teams to ensure students are prepared for industry requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest IoT trends and technologies to enhance the training program.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Strong knowledge of programming languages like **C++**, **Java**, and **Python**.
- Understanding of IoT concepts, networking protocols, and device communication.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and IoT platform management.
- Experience with IoT hardware like sensors, microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi), and related tools.
- **Training Skills**:

- Ability to simplify complex IoT concepts for diverse audiences.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- **Experience**:

- Freshers with relevant internships or projects in IoT are welcome.
- Previous experience as a trainer or working on IoT projects is an advantage.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Patience and a positive attitude toward student learning.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Certification in IoT or related technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
