Job Summary:

The Industrial Automation and BMS (Building Management System) Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to students, engineers, and professionals in the areas of industrial automation, control systems, and building management technologies. The trainer will design and implement training modules, provide hands-on sessions, and ensure trainees gain both theoretical and practical expertise aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on Industrial Automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, VFD, and related control technologies.
  • Deliver training programs on Building Management Systems (BMS) including HVAC control, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, and access control integration.
  • Design and update training materials, modules, and lab exercises according to current industrial practices.
  • Provide hands-on practical demonstrations using automation equipment, simulation tools, and control panels.
  • Assess trainees' performance through assignments, practical evaluations, and examinations.
  • Assist in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting training kits and laboratory equipment.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in automation, IoT, and BMS systems.
  • Support academic/industrial collaboration projects and internships related to automation and BMS.
  • Prepare and submit training reports, feedback, and progress documentation to the management.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems, HMI interfaces, and communication protocols
  • Sound understanding of BMS architecture and integration of HVAC, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage a training lab and ensure equipment safety and calibration.
  • Good documentation and report-preparation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
