Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect with 10-12 years of experience in software development and product management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reviewing code, setting up and managing software products, and leading development teams. You will play a key role in ensuring the architecture is robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals, while also being hands-on in technical leadership. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions.
  • Review code and ensure compliance with best practices and design patterns.
  • Collaborate with leads, product managers, and developers to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Set up and manage infrastructure for software development and deployment.
  • Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated deployment and testing.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor developers.
  • Ensure software solutions are secure, reliable, and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Communicate technical decisions and architectural strategies to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new technologies when appropriate.
  • Manage and monitor cloud-based infrastructures (AWS).
Required:
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience working for a SAAS business as a Technical Lead/Architect.
  • 10-12 years of experience in software architecture, development, and product management.
  • Proven experience with reviewing code, design patterns, and architectural principles.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform.
  • Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as PHP, Python and Django.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing development teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP).
  • Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of data management strategies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with API design best practices and clean code principles.
Desirable but not essential:
  • Experience with full-stack development, preferably backend-focused.
  • Knowledge of Azure-based enterprise business intelligence platforms.
