Role Overview:

We're looking for a design-focused, trend-savvy Boutique Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with design development, customer styling, and boutique coordination — and will also play a key role in presenting our brand on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research emerging fashion trends, fabrics, and color palettes.
  • Create sketches and develop women's wear collections aligned with the boutique's vision.
  • Coordinate with tailors and production teams to ensure design quality and fit.
  • Interact with customers to understand preferences and create customized looks.
  • Oversee client fittings and ensure a refined final finish.
  • Plan and coordinate visual merchandising of collections.
  • Handle social media content — styling shoots, posting new designs, responding to inquiries, and engaging with the audience.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion and lifestyle trends to keep our collections and posts fresh.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Strong sense of style, creativity, and garment construction knowledge.
  • Up-to-date with both Indian ethnic and Western wear trends.
  • Good communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with Instagram and other social platforms for brand promotion.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (manual sketching or digital) is an advantage.
