As part of our growth, we are seeking a Financial Content Writer / Journalist to produce press releases, articles, and thought-leadership content that reflects our authority in global tax, legal, and financial advisory.

Position Overview

The role is designed for someone with a background in financial journalism or financial media, who can translate complex legal, tax, and cross-border concepts into clear, compelling, and professional content. While not responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, the role requires strong alignment with the digital and social media team, ensuring content is crafted in a way that strengthens engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing & Financial Journalism

• Draft high-quality press releases, articles, and media notes on legal, tax, and financial topics.
• Write knowledge-based blogs, website content, and thought-leadership pieces for global audiences.
• Develop content aligned with financial journalism standards sharp, fact-checked, and engaging.

Knowledge-Based Content

• Collaborate with tax, legal, and advisory teams to transform technical inputs into clear, reader-friendly content.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment in all published materials.
• Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory changes, and global financial developments.

Media Style & PR Writing

• Prepare media-ready content including press kits, quotes, and interview notes for external publications.
• Write in a professional, media-house style suitable for press and financial journals.

Digital & Social Media Alignment

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure content supports SEO, campaigns, and brand visibility.
• Adapt long-form content into shorter, social-media-friendly versions for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram.

• Draft social media post captions and copywriting aligned with brand tone and messaging.

• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Communications, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial journalism, business writing, or working with a financial media house.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to simplify complex tax/legal/financial topics into engaging content.
• Strong research and fact-checking abilities.
• Familiarity with SEO, digital publishing, and content formatting.
• Understanding of global financial, tax, and legal trends is a strong plus.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Previous experience writing for financial journals, consulting firms, or business media houses.
• Exposure to content marketing or social media writing.
• Knowledge of tools like Grammarly, Yoast, or CMS platforms.
