Whizz HR is hiring a Finance Content Writer to work with an award winning brand

Position Overview:

The Finance Writer will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and accurate content on financial topics such as investments, markets, personal finance, fintech, banking, and economic trends. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a solid understanding of finance, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and write high-quality articles, blogs, reports, and social media content on finance-related topics.
  • Translate complex financial data and market trends into easy-to-understand, insightful, and engaging content.
  • Develop content for websites, newsletters, investor communication, and branded campaigns.
  • Work closely with editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand tone and objectives.
  • Stay updated on market developments, government policies, and economic news to identify trending topics.
  • Ensure accuracy, factual integrity, and adherence to compliance standards in all content.
  • Edit and proofread financial content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Journalism, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience as a finance writer, content writer, or financial journalist.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, stock markets, mutual funds, and personal finance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research and present insights with authority and clarity.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital publishing tools is a plus.

  • Experience writing for financial publications, fintech platforms, or investment firms.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and produce error-free, data-backed content.
