The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in manual lead generation. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can build high-quality, targeted email lists from scratch, without relying on automated tools or purchased databases. You will be responsible for the entire email marketing process, from manual lead research to campaign execution and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manual Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads and their contact information through various online channels, including LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other public resources.
  • List Building: Meticulously build and maintain clean, organized, and targeted email lists, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to drive engagement, nurture leads, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Email Content & Design: Write compelling, personalized email copy and design visually appealing email templates that are mobile-friendly and professional.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and execute email campaigns, including A/B testing, segmentation, and automation to optimize performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to refine future campaigns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all email activities comply with regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in manual lead generation and list building for email marketing. This is a primary requirement.
  • Excellent research skills and a methodical approach to finding and verifying contact information.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
