Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and nurturing.
  • End to end Email marketing campaigns
  • Identify potential clients and grow our email list.
  • Ensure Email content is optimized for mobile.
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.
  • Create & maintain email databases for lead generation.
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practice.
  • Create engaging and personalized email content, subject lines, and CTAs to maximize open and click-through rates.
  • Segment email lists based on buyer personas, user behavior, and demographics.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows, drip campaigns, and follow-ups using tools like Mailchimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, etc.
  • A/B test campaigns to optimize performance and improve conversion metrics.
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and prepare detailed reports and insights.
  • Work closely with the sales and content teams to align messaging and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Continuously grow the email list through organic and paid channels.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in email marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Convert Kit, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and integration (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and campaign personalization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and ROI analysis.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, retargeting, and lead nurturing funnels.
  • Up-to-date with current email marketing trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in email marketing, digital marketing, or marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or E-commerce lead generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
