About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage SEO, SMO, lead generation, and social media campaigns while also handling video editing and content creation. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with strong creative abilities to drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and website traffic

  • Execute SMO practices across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms

  • Generate qualified leads through multi-channel digital marketing and track ROI

  • Manage end-to-end social media campaigns: content calendar, postings, engagement, and performance reporting

  • Create engaging digital content including graphics, blog articles, and short-form/long-form videos

  • Edit videos for social media, campaigns, and marketing purposes (Reels, Shorts, promotional material)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with brand goals

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to implement best practices

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization

  • Proficiency in social media management and campaign analytics

  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

  • Lead generation expertise using digital channels and funnel optimization

  • Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or equivalent tools)

  • Content creation and copywriting skills for multi-channel campaigns

  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign insights tools

  • Strong creativity, time management, and multitasking abilities

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, SMO, and content creation roles

  • Portfolio or examples of past campaigns and content will be an added advantage
