  • About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' proven experience in digital marketing, a deep understanding of current trends, and hands-on expertise in leveraging Generative AI tools to drive engagement, personalization, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid ads).
  • Utilize Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Jasper, etc.) to create innovative campaigns, automate workflows, and personalize customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc. and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and ROI-driven strategies.
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure campaign delivery aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead A/B testing, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing with proven success in running and optimizing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media ads, email automation, and content marketing.
  • Experience with Generative AI in marketing content creation, campaign automation, or audience engagement.
  • Excellent analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
