Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

Recruiters proactively build a pool of qualified candidates using various tools and platforms.

2. Job Requirement Analysis

Before any posting goes live, recruiters work with hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profile, must-have qualifications, and success metrics.

3. Candidate Screening & Evaluation

HR Recruiters review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess cultural fit.
